Frequently Asked Questions
How are gifts redeemed?
Guests attending the Sunglasses Selection Event will receive a code card from a Graton Marketing Representative. After a code is received, guests can use the QR code to visit graton.giftstation.co, browse the selection of gifts, add the selection to their shopping cart, and place their order. Each code is valid for the redemption of 1 gift option.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped to Graton Resort & Casino and must be picked up on Thursday, June 19th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Guest Services and will otherwise be forfeited.
Is there a deadline to redeem a code?
Guests must choose a gift and redeem their code by 11:59pm PST on Thursday, May 29, 2025.
Can a guest cancel an order once it is placed?
Once the order is submitted, returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are prohibited.
Does a guest have to pay shipping, handling, and sales tax charges for items ordered?
No. Shipping, handling, and sales tax are included in the redemption.
Will confirmation emails be sent to the guest?
Yes, order confirmation emails will be sent upon order placement if an email address is provided.
Is an email address required?
An email address is not required. Should you decide to provide an email address, our fulfillment vendor will only use it to send an order confirmation email verifying your order.
